Official Rules and Restrictions
Prize: The winner receives up to 7 gourmet cake pops per week for one year.
Redemption:
Cake pops must be picked up at The Cake Pop Kitchen during regular business hours.
The winner can visit multiple times per week, but no more than 7 cake pops total may be redeemed in any one week.
Cake pops must be chosen from our regular daily inventory; custom orders are not included.
No Rollovers: Any cake pops not redeemed within a week will expire and do not carry over into future weeks.
Flavors: Flavors may vary based on availability.
No Cash Value: The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or shared.
Fair Use: We reserve the right to cancel or adjust the prize if the prize is misused.
